Work as part of a passionate and dedicated team taking phone calls and processing the Christmas rush of Gift Catalogue orders.

We’re looking for friendly customer service staff

The gift of a goat. TEAR's Useful Gifts contribute to sustainable, long-term development projects run by TEAR Australia and our local partners.

  • You have excellent availability for work; from October through December 2017 you’re available at least three days per week Mon-Fri.
  • You have a lovely phone manner; you are the perfect mix of friendly with good listening skills.
  • You want to see heaven on earth; you want to help people buy useful gifts that bring real meaning and bring about a better tomorrow for communities facing poverty.
  • You’re calm and confident; you can think well on your feet, are comfortable to ask questions and you produce excellent work even when the pressure is on.
  • You’re emotionally intelligent; you can read the vibe and respond promptly to supporter feedback.
  • You have an eagle eye for detail and everyone knows it!  You understand how the little things ultimately impact the big things and pride yourself on your accuracy, timeliness and customer service.
  • You get TEAR; you love justice and long to contribute your skills to our mission so that everyone can reach their God-given potential.
