Through the stories of two children, one from urban Nairobi and one from rural Uganda, this video explores the causes of child poverty in Africa.

The work of TEAR's partners in Africa to encourage communities to build hope for the future, is highlighted.

Suggestions are made for how we can put poor children and their communities first.

This 18 minute video is accompanied by a study guide and the musical backdrop of a challenging song written for the video by Chris Brown and Lyn Rees.
