        <p>You are cordially invited to the<strong><em> &#39;Engage&#39;&nbsp; </em>Breakfast Event</strong>!</p><p>Saturday 9th August, 8am (till 10am) at the North Pine Baptist Church Hall in Ogg Road, Murrumba Downs.</p><p>Whether you are a School Teacher, Youth Group Leader, Pastor, Sunday School Teacher, Chaplain, RE Teacher, High School Student or just have a passion or interest in social justice then <em><strong>&#39;Engage&#39;</strong></em> is for you!         <p><strong>TEAR Speakers</strong></p><p>TEAR Australia (Queensland) has a team of excellent speakers and outstanding communicators so whether you are organising a conference, looking for a speaker for a youth event, an activity, would just like to expand your roster of speakers, or need to encourage your group.&nbsp; TEAR&#39;s speakers are happy to work with you to create a presentation that suits your particular needs, while inspiring and challenging your audience. </p><p>Our speakers have wide and diverse experiences that include overseas work in Third World countries, teaching, theological training, youth work and training, and/or first hand&nbsp; experience of TEAR development projects.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Amongst our speakers are Paul Mercer, Neil Hockey, Beth Welden, Ralph Reilly, Susan Prichard, Jim Stuart, Margot Stuart, Steve Forward, Tim Brain, Vikki Routledge, Margaret Andrews, Greg Manning, along with Staff Speakers, Ross Farley and Dave Andrews.</p><p>Our speakers can preach sermons, run simulation games, share stories and photos of visits to communities where TEAR Partners are helping people address the cause of poverty and injustice, lead workshops and much more.</p><p>Are you concerned about justice issues?&nbsp; Do you want to know how to respond in a Biblical manner to the marginalised and vulnerable peoples of the world? Desire to learn more about the issues and ways to empower the powerless?&nbsp; Encourage others? Be challenged!         <p><strong>Qld Lunch in the Park -&nbsp; Sunday 5th October, 12.30pm-3pm at the Roma Street Parkland</strong></p><p>Join with other TEAR Group members and supporters for a relaxing lunch in the park.&nbsp; Bring a picnic lunch, light up a BBQ or purchase from the cafe.&nbsp; Go environmental and catch a train to Roma Street Station and we&#39;ll meet at 12.30pm at the corner of Weeping Fig Avenue and Foxtial Avenue, then find a shady spot.</p><p>If you can&#39;t find us then phone 0408 881 507 for directions.</p><p>BYO Everything - everyone is welcome - invite your friends.&nbsp; No RSVP required!&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;
