Part-time | 3 days per week

At the frontline of engagement with our Christian supporters in Australia you will contact supporters via the phone to inspire them to take the next step in their journey of justice and encourage them with options to respond to global poverty. TEAR’s engagement with our supporters is built on creating respectful, trusting and long-term relationships.

Is this you?

  • You love talking to people; you have a passion for building respectful and authentic relationships with supporters.
  • You want to see heaven on earth; your goal is to make sure that every Christian in Australia is challenged and empowered to make biblically-shaped responses to poverty and injustice.
  • You understand how theology and justice are linked; you can engage people through conversation in a way that empowers and challenges them.
  • You’re emotionally intelligent; you can read the vibe and respond promptly to supporter feedback.
  • You're friendly on the phone; you have worked in a call centre and bring great phone conversation skills.
  • You’re resilient and motivated; like a ray of sunshine you bounce back from the negative because you have your eye on the bigger vision.
  • You get TEAR; you love justice and long to contribute your skills to our mission so that everyone can reach their God-given potential
