At TEAR we recognise that in order to see a just and compassionate world we need to work together, using our voices, skills, time and energy to shift power, speak out and transform the systems and structures which hurt, oppress and marginalise individuals and communities.
Come and join us on Saturday 11th of May for Doing Justice Together, and learn how you can lead and engage others to do justice together in your local faith community.
You'll be challenged, inspired and equipped with practical skills to challenge poverty and injustice in creative and courageous ways.
The training will include:
- Theology of justice - why we're called to the poor
- Theology of church - why we're called to the body
- Working with the body to serve the poor - building a movement for justice
- Practical skills and tools for movement building, including understanding your context and relational meetings.
Spots are limited, so please register now. We'd love to see you there!
