One of Tearfund Australia's objectives is to maintain a low-cost administration structure so as to maximise the funds allocated to project partners. Tearfund values collaboration and hearing from others. Approximately every two years we consult with our staff through the use of a staff survey. The results of this survey are shared with staff and staff representatives work together to provide recommendations on how Tearfund can learn from and act on the results.
